This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs subscriptions and services purchased for GuideXR Stockpile ("the Service"), operated by Spatial Guide ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing stockpile@guidexr.spatial.guide from your registered account email address.
Upon cancellation:
Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid subscription term.
Your account will transition to any applicable free tier or become inactive once your paid subscription expires.
Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation applies only to future renewals. Since you retain access to the Service for the remainder of your paid billing period, no refund or partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current subscription term.
The following charges are also non-refundable:
One-time onboarding, implementation, setup, or professional service fees.
Usage-based charges, including scan credits or other metered usage already consumed.
Discounted, promotional, or custom-negotiated subscriptions where a "non-refundable" condition was communicated at the time of purchase.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges are refundable only where required by applicable law.
Exceptional Refunds
If we determine that a refund is appropriate due to duplicate billing, an incorrect charge, or another billing error caused by us, approved refunds will:
Be initiated within one (1) business day of approval.
Be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Typically be processed by Stripe within 5–10 business days, although the actual timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service while a chargeback is under review.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
